Then join members of the Siouxland Cyclists and the cycling community as the Sioux City City Council shares a Blue Zones Proclamation. The announcement will be at 4 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5, 2011, in the city council chambers. A notice about the meeting was released today by Frank Brinkerhoff of Siouxland Cyclists.
